Virtual Assistant - Nigeria

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated support to a busy executive/professional. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to handle a variety of administrative and personal tasks efficiently across multiple time zones and digital platforms. This is a fully remote position. To succeed in this role, you must have reliable internet access, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a genuine enthusiasm for streamlining processes and bringing structure to dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities • Proactively manage and coordinate a complex executive calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming meetings and appointments across multiple time zones. • Organize and book all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and prepare detailed travel itineraries to ensure smooth logistics. • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion, ensuring privacy and data integrity at all times. • Manage high-volume email correspondence; draft, proofread, and send professional communications, reports, memos, and presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness. • Implement and maintain structured digital filing systems using cloud platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive for easy access and organization. • Conduct online research, perform accurate data entry, and prepare well-organized reports to support executive decision-making and strategic planning. • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders on behalf of the executive to ensure seamless interactions. • Efficiently manage personal tasks such as online shopping, bookings, and reservations, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and strong attention to detail. • Provide regular updates on tasks, and proactively identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Support project tracking and task management using tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com to ensure deadlines and milestones are consistently met.
