Sous Chef Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations Supervise and train kitchen staff Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards Contribute to menu planning and costing Manage inventory and food storage Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience Culinary certificate, Diploma or equivalent Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 1.
