Key Responsibilities
• Curate, create, and schedule high-impact content for diverse social platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.) ensuring a consistent, engaging brand voice.
• Manage daily posting schedules efficiently using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later to maximize reach and engagement.
• Proactively monitor platforms for comments, direct messages, and mentions, responding promptly and appropriately to foster a vibrant online community.
• Track comprehensive content performance, generate insightful weekly or monthly analytics reports, and translate data into actionable strategies for improvement.
• Conduct continuous competitor analysis and stay abreast of the latest social media trends, updates, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
• Assist with basic graphics and visual assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express to support content initiatives.
• Collaborate seamlessly with content creators, graphic designers, and the wider marketing team in a remote environment.
• Proactively suggest and execute tests for new content formats, strategies, and platform features to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Actively contribute to monthly content planning sessions and campaign brainstorming, bringing fresh ideas and strategic insights.
