VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – SITE MANAGERS X4
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Site Manager is responsible for supervising construction site activities and coordinating the workforce, subcontractors, and resources to ensure the smooth execution of works. The Site Manager reports to the Project Manager and is critical to successful project delivery.
BRIEF JOB PROFILE OF POSITION
Key responsibilities will include:
· Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure efficient workflow
· Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and plant/equipment
· Conduct daily site inspections and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
· Monitor progress against schedule and prepare daily/weekly reports
· Oversee on-site resource planning and material control
· Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and health and safety representatives
· Address site challenges, delays, and quality issues promptly

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing construction sites or similar infrastructure projects
· Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, time, and budget
· Familiarity with construction health and safety regulations and compliance standards
· Experience in managing subcontractors, laborers, and on-site logistics
· Computer literacy, including working knowledge of MS Project, Excel, and site management software
· Strong leadership and supervisory skills
· Technical construction knowledge

· Attention to detail and safety awareness
· Ability to maintain documentation and reporting with minimal supervision
