Job Summary:
The Site Agent will oversee civil and highway engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, cost planning, and client reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project programs.
• Create and oversee procurement schedules.
• Populate and manage project cost plans.
• Produce high-quality, accurate monthly reports for clients and site supervision.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a Certificate in Highway Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in civil and highway engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
Skills:
• Proficiency in project planning and cost management.
• Excellent report-writing skills.
• Leadership and teamwork capabilities.
