Massey Ferguson are re-opening an official dealership in Botswana which has presented new opportunities for immediate employment.
SALES PERSONNEL
We are looking for experienced Salespersons to be responsible for marketing and selling our range of tractors to farmers, agricultural businesses, and other related clients. This role also entails cross-selling implements and equipment, in addition to tractors, as this is key in the overall sales strategy. You will develop a thorough understanding of Massey Ferguson tractors and equipment, and you will identify potential customers through research, networking and field visits, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, assess customer requirements and provide solutions. You will also provide accurate quotations, financing planning and options, negotiate and closes sales. Ideal candidates have:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Agriculture, Business or equivalent
• 5+ years’ experience as salesperson for tractors and agriculture implements
• Familiarity with Massey Ferguson or equivalent tractor brands and agriculture implements
• Experience with DMS and Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products.
