As part of the Stakeholder Management & Business Development team, the Sales Executive will be responsible for the following key performance areas:
• Attain sales profitability growth and account penetration within assigned territories.
• Plan and organise promotions, events and implement sales plans & strategies.
• Plan and organise sales activations at various locations.
• Promote, organise, coordinate and manage the clients’ sale of the Fund’s products and services.
• Prepare & execute marketing and sales acquisition plans.
• Facilitate for the submission of updated KYC by Fund members & stakeholders.
• Conducting member education at various locations.
• Maximise retention of members.
• Administer targeted member servicing and ensure efficient member onboarding.
• Implement targeted sales strategies and monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools.
• Sales reporting – sales pipeline analysis, market & customer insights, sale performance metrics, forecasting etc.
Education:
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public relations, Business, Management or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of three (3) years post professional qualification experience in a business and/or marketing environment.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within teams.
• Proven record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
• Knowledge of the managed fund scheme.
• A thorough understanding of how the medical fund works, including industry trends.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive results.
