We are seeking a Revit Modeler specialized in as-built documentation to join our team. This role involves working directly from real project data to create precise and well-structured BIM models that adhere to international AEC standards. The position is fully remote and contract-based, allowing you to collaborate on actual projects for clients within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Notfaroff manages the recruitment process on behalf of our clients.
Missions:
Model as-built conditions in Revit based on point cloud data and field inputs to ensure accuracy.
Produce detailed floor plans, sections, and technical documentation that meet project specifications.
Follow established templates, technical constraints, and quality standards to maintain consistency.
Deliver clean, structured, and review-ready models suitable for client use and project review.
Manage your time effectively to deliver high-quality outputs within specified deadlines independently.
