RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT (GHANZI)
JOB SUMMARY
Mascom is looking for a Retail Sales Assistant who will be responsible for executing daily end-to-end operations of respective retail outlet and provide efficient service to customers according to company procedures key performance areas.

The role also requires the candidate to have Inventory Management, Logistics Management, Revenue Management, Customer Query & Request Fulfilment, Customer Feedback Management, Store/Franchisee management and Project Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (sales/marketing is preferred).
- 0 – 2 years’ experience of sales and customer service environment.
- Computer literacy is mandatory.
- Sector experience is advantageous.
