Raphael Group is seeking an organised, reliable, and proactive Project Management Virtual Assistant to provide crucial support to our internal teams. This role focusses on coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are consistently met across multiple initiatives. We need someone who can expertly track moving parts, keep stakeholders accountable, and maintain absolute clarity throughout all projects. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in Nigeria who can effectively manage digital tools, work independently, and communicate clearly across diverse teams Key Responsibilities • Assist in managing and tracking ongoing projects across various departments. • Maintain comprehensive project plans, detailed task lists, and updated calendars using tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com. • Coordinate meetings efficiently, prepare clear agendas, and diligently follow up on all action items. • Monitor deadlines closely, proactively flag any risks or delays, and keep all stakeholders continuously informed. • Organise project documentation, progress reports, and project timelines for easy access. • Liaise effectively between teams to ensure everyone is aligned on priorities and objectives. • Support team leads with accurate status reports, critical timeline updates, and suggestions for workflow improvements. • Perform light research and data collection to support informed decision-making. • Ensure all project information is meticulously documented, streamlined, and readily accessible.
