Role Description
This is a contract role for a Primary Tutor, located on-site in Mogoditshane. The Primary Tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging and personalized lessons that align with the curriculum, supporting students in developing academic skills, and fostering a positive learning environment. The role also involves assessing students’ progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to ensure the success of learners.
Qualifications
• Proficient in curriculum-based teaching, lesson planning, and classroom management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Ability to assess student performance and tailor teaching strategies accordingly
• Experience in engaging young learners through creative and interactive teaching methods
• Dedication to empowering students to build confidence and academic success
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field is an advantage
