Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional pharmacist with strong experience and the ability to work independently. The pharmacist will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting patients' healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Dispense medications and offer advice on the proper use of medicines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Work independently while ensuring high standards of service and safety.
Required Qualifications:
• Registered with the Botswana Health Professionals Council (BHPC).
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of responsibility.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Computer literate.
Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills for patient interactions and teamwork.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
