IFB Peer Advisors are a student-led mentorship and support initiative under the Finance and Banking Society dedicated to uplifting, guiding, and empowering fellow students throughout their academic journey.
As a Peer Advisor, you’ll be part of a passionate and supportive team that works together to uplift others, create safe spaces, and help students navigate university life with confidence.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- *Mentorship:* Provide one-on-one and group support to mentees.
- *Academic Support:* Organize revision sessions, study resources, and tips.
- *Workshops & Events:* Host sessions on career prep, LinkedIn, self-branding, and more.
- *Company Visits & Exposure:* Guide mentees through real-world opportunities and insights.
- *Check-ins & Encouragement:* Offer emotional and academic support to those who need it.
