iSON Xperiences is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead their Botswana site. The successful candidate will drive strategy, performance, and people development to deliver exceptional customer experiences across campaigns.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and grow BPO operations across assigned campaigns
• Ensure service delivery meets SLA and performance targets
• Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Mentor managers and foster a high-performance culture
• Build strong client and team relationships
What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• 5–7 years’ experience in BPO/Contact Centre operations leadership
• Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver results
• Strong customer focus, leadership, and communication skills
