VACANCY Main Functions and Responsibilities • Formulate and implement short-term and long-term plans and budgets for cement production and operation at different locations. • Supervise all activities at the construction/production site to ensure safety and efficiency. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. • Provide technical advice and guidance on cement production standards. • Develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, communities, and employees. • Submit production and performance indicator reports and suggest improvements. Qualification • Cement Production Certification. • At least 20 years of experience in the cement industry, with experience in at least 3 cement plants and senior management. • In-depth understanding of cement production and operation. • Good financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting. • Strong leadership and management skills. • Strong abilities in analysis and problem-solving.
