Maintenance Manager - Okavango

A unique opportunity is available for an experienced Maintenance/Back of House Manager to oversee and maintain essential camp infrastructure and support systems across a luxury bush operation. This role is ideal for a technically skilled, hands-on professional who thrives in remote environments and takes pride in maintaining operational excellence behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and service electrical systems including solar plants, generators, and sewage treatment plants Oversee water systems including boreholes, pumps, and wells Monitor water quality, levels, and usage regularly Manage preventative maintenance across all back-of-house areas Ensure equipment is fully operational and well maintained Oversee maintenance projects from planning through to completion Manage maintenance budgets, including monthly and CAPEX planning Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and camp management Ensure accurate administration, stock control, and maintenance records Coordinate maintenance activities to minimise guest disruption
