LEAD SALES EXECUTIVE Main Purpose of the Job Lead Sales Executive drives strategic growth, develops new commercial opportunities, and expands revenue through partnerships and new channels. The role supports the overall company strategy by identifying future revenue streams and enabling the Sales Manager with strong commercial planning. This is a strategic, non-operational role. Key Performance Areas · Strategic Growth & Revenue Development · Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B, B2G, SME, and new channels. · Lead strategic initiatives that generate incremental revenue. · Build and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem opportunities. · Channel & Market Expansion · Expand SME, independent retail, enterprise, and sector-based channel presence. · Develop market-entry strategies for new segments and products. · Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide commercial decisions. · Support to Sales Execution · Provide strategic insights, business cases, and planning support to the Sales Manager. · Strengthen tender strategy, pricing inputs, and go-to-market frameworks. · Improve sales efficiency through structured BD pipelines and commercial intelligence. · Strategic Ownership of One MNO Portfolio · Manage high-level strategic relationships with one MNO partner. · Lead joint initiatives, co-branded programs, and new solution development.
