IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Sprint Couriers is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to support and maintain our Freight Management System. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient courier operations through technical support, user training and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support for Winfright system issues
• Train and support staff across multiple departments
• Monitor data accuracy and system performance
• Assist with system integration and process improvement initiatives
• Generate system usage reports and maintain technical documentation
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• 2-3 years IT support experience (preferably in logistics/courier services)
• Experience with Freight Management Systems
• Strong troubleshooting, database and communication skills
