Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager (Information Technology) to lead our software testing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will define test strategies, oversee test execution, implement automation frameworks, and mentor a team of test analysts and automation engineers. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management · Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test analysts and automation engineers. · Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient resource allocation. · Provide training and development opportunities for team members. · Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Test Strategy & Execution · Define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and best practices. · Oversee the development and execution of test plans, cases, and scripts. · Ensure effective test coverage across functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing. · Maintain high standards in defect tracking, reporting, and resolution. Automation & Continuous Improvement · Drive the adoption of test automation tools and frameworks. · Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process enhancements. · Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management · Work with development, product, and business teams to align testing with project goals. · Report on test progress, defect trends, and overall software quality metrics. · Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing insights on testing timelines and risks. Key Requirements · Strong experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium). · Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured). · Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). · Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps). · Experience with database testing and SQL queries. Soft Skills · Strong leadership and team management abilities. · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Effective communication and stakeholder management. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
