VACANCY
Botswana Society for the Deaf is a dynamic and growing organisation committed to excellence and innovation in providing services and sound programs to the Deaf Community in Botswana. The organisation is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join their team as a Human Resource Officer.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the implementation of HR Policies and Procedures
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR database
• Coordinate performance management and appraisal systems
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR standards
• Support employee welfare and disciplinary processes
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Sound knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Medical Aide: Optional (Organisation pays 50%, employee pays 50%)
