This role focuses on optimizing our existing operations, from production workflows and inventory management to store support, fulfillment logistics, and cost controls ensuring that every aspect of the business contributes directly to financial growth.
You will lead the refinement of day-to-day mechanisms across procurement, admin, team coordination, and retail performance, with a focus on improving margins, reducing inefficiencies, and building lean, scalable systems that support Glotto's ability to operate sustainably and profitably across all channels.
