The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, profitability, and strategic growth of the business, which includes bars, butchery, and supermarket outlets. The GM will lead a team of managers, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the GM will play a pivotal role in shaping GME's business strategy and driving performance.

Qualifications & skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail
• Minimum 7-10 years in senior management, preferably in retail, F&B, or supermarket chains, with experience in multi-outlet operations.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
