VACANCY CHEM DOL No. 1 for Chemicals! GENERAL MANAGER Key Responsibilities • Managing Independently an Industrial, Domestic cleaning, processing, water treatment chemicals and cleaning products manufacturing and distribution company. • Well acquainted and networked with the market / buyers for various Agro, Organic and Inorganic aforesaid chemicals and handling such customers. • Knowledge and handling procedures of various chemicals used as raw materials • Must have established good rapport with various suppliers chemicals and cleaning products and must have skills to negotiate better price and manage procurement. • Knowledge of complying with BOB Standards for each products being manufactured and also for non manufactured products. • Formulating & implementing strategies to improve business profitability • Maintain strong relationship with key customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies • Drive a culture of innovation, safety, and accountability • Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability • If Non citizen, must be able to train sub-ordinate staff towards localization in the entire business operations and day to day management. Compulsory Requirements • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or any other Science degree. • At least 5 years working experience in an industrial or technical environment, of which at least 3 years should have been in a leadership position managing chemical and cleaning products company. • Must be ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 certified • Neo Operation and Maintenance knowledge • Knowledge of the use of Supply Chain & CRM tools, including Ariba, Archein, and Smart Edge softwares. • Wide product knowledge of product knowledge on chemicals and equipment used in different industries.
