JOIN US AS FINANCE MANAGER
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- To record and analyse financial activities, and to provide management with relevant information to guide decision making.
- To develop and implement financial controls and plans that support the company’s growth and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff.
- An efficient role player in achieving operational targets and the organisation’s strategic key performance goals.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 5 years’ experience as an Accountant, Financial Analyst or similar role and leading a team in maintaining a financial management and reporting system.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Professional certificate – CIMA, ACCA, BICA.
QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
