Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing online gambling operator with both retail and online operations. The role will focus on driving performance across digital channels, enhancing brand presence, and optimising customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Responsibilities
• Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms
• Plan, execute, and optimise digital campaigns (PPC, email, display, social)
• Monitor performance and report on KPIs and ROI
• Identify trends and optimise campaigns based on data insights
• Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages and user experience
• Oversee email marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns
• Support SEO efforts and website content optimisation
• Work with external agencies and partners where required
Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within iGaming or similar industries
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, email, and social media campaigns
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Solid understanding of customer journeys and conversion funnels
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
