The role will contribute to enhanced operational efficiency, customer experience, and compliance with regulatory requirements. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS • End-to-end KYC process support. • Records & Data Management • Reporting • Process Improvement KEY COMPETENCIES Key technical competencies for the role are system testing & quality assurance, business process analysis, technical documentation, data analysis & reporting, service delivery management, and project management.
