Raphael Group is seeking a creative and reliable Content Creation Virtual Assistant to significantly enhance our brand's digital presence. This role is ideal for a professional who can expertly write, design, and package engaging content across social media, blogs, and various marketing channels. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and communications team to produce high-impact content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and consistently aligns with our brand voice.
This fully remote opportunity is open to candidates in Nigeria who are proficient in both visual and written content creation, can meet deadlines consistently, and understand how to adapt content effectively for different platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Draft and schedule engaging content for diverse social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Assist with writing and meticulous editing of blog posts, email campaigns, and website content.
• Design compelling, on-brand graphics using Canva or Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Research and proactively propose innovative content ideas based on current trends and audience behavior.
• Repurpose existing content into various new formats (e.g., transforming blog posts into social media carousels, quotes into reels).
• Maintain a well-organized content calendar and ensure the timely delivery of all assets.
• Implement SEO guidelines to optimize written content for better search visibility.
• Monitor basic engagement metrics and provide regular performance reports.
