JOB OVERVIEW
We have multiple vacancies for Contact Centre Agents handling customer enquiries across various digital platforms.
You will assist customers with a range of financial service-related queries, from product information to account support.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
· Accurately assess and respond to customer enquiries
· Deliver excellent customer service within set guidelines
· Professionally represent the organization at all times
· Provide solutions using your knowledge of products and services
· Escalate complex queries when necessary
WORKING HOURS
· Based in Gaborone
· Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Degree in any Business-related field
· Call centre or financial services experience is an added advantage
· COP certification is required
