Key Responsibilities • Moderate and manage daily activity across all designated community platforms (e.g., Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord). • Warmly welcome new members, promptly respond to questions, and actively foster engaging conversations. • Monitor community sentiment closely, identifying and flagging issues early (e.g., spam, conflicts, negative feedback). • Organize and flawlessly execute virtual community events or targeted engagement campaigns. • Share relevant content, timely updates, and important announcements to keep members well-informed. • Gather valuable insights and feedback directly from the community, then report key trends and observations. • Collaborate seamlessly with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and tone. • Uphold and enforce community guidelines to ensure respectful, inclusive, and positive interaction among all members.
