We are seeking an experienced and visionary Camp Manager to join our team at the Beetsha Nkashi Knowledge Centre (BNKC), a flagship community hub in Beetsha. The Camp Manager is responsible for the overall operations and upkeep of the centre, ensuring its smooth, safe, and effective functioning in support of knowledge exchange, conservation learning, youth training, and inclusive livelihood development initiatives.
The right person will help build a collaborative, respectful environment that enables team performance, drives operational excellence, and strengthens local leadership development in alignment with our community development goals.
