REQUIREMENTS
• Professional certifications and qualifications related to ATM Management and banking technology.
• At least 15+ Years of related work experience at a senior management level within the Africa Region.
• Strong leadership in technical consulting, project management, and service delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal, training, and client engagement skills.
• Hands-on experience with NCR ATM systems, UPS, surveillance, and access control technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead business development and consulting engagements in banking and technology infrastructure to achieve business growth targets.
• Manage ATM and POS sales and rollouts across the region.
• Spearhead EMV compliance conversion for ATMs.
• Manage end-to-end project implementation for clients in financial services and technology sectors.
• Conduct client needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement service strategies that meet or exceed SLA expectations.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance assessments for technical teams.
• Prepare executive reports and contribute to strategic planning and growth projections.
