Job Description To increase the FNB market share through effective outbound sales and proactive acquisition of new clients and retention of existing clients for the Commercial Segment, understanding the customer base behaviour and trends, and employing data analysis as the driver of customer acquisition, retention and expansion efforts. Maintain expert knowledge on campaign and leads generation, campaign management, analyses and reporting. Employ data to identify customers from whom we could create and extract more value, growing and optimizing the value of our customer base, and reducing customer attrition. Grow market share across Commercial and retain existing or penetrate unbanked customer base with a view to improving and increasing profitability. Maintain expert knowledge of all FNBB products, application procedures, processing and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets. Identify local market opportunities and capitalize on these. Influence customer behavior to ensure maximum achievement of the vertical sales index (VSI) by running relevant campaigns. Build and sustain collaborative working relationships with relevant peers and stakeholders to achieve productivity synergies. Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and training request where appropriate. Assist other team members, in understanding the importance of Customer Value Management in the Commercial Business.
