What you’ll do
Process with precision
Handle remittance transactions accurately and efficiently
Perform KYC checks and verify all customer documentation
Count, verify, and manage cash with strict attention to detail
Ensure all transactions meet regulatory and compliance standards
Protect what matters
Identify and escalate suspicious or fraudulent activity
Monitor transaction limits in line with central bank regulations
Safeguard cash, systems, and customer information at all times
Deliver great customer experiences
Assist customers with forms and explain services clearly
Support customers through the transaction process with confidence
Promote Mukuru products and services where relevant
Keep operations running smoothly
Perform daily cash ups and maintain accurate records
Ensure the booth is clean, organised, and secure
Conduct daily security checks and maintain visitor logs
What you bring
Grade 12 (or equivalent)
At least 1 year experience in the financial sector
Knowledge of foreign currencies, FICA, and compliance processes
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
High level of professionalism and integrity
