VACANCY:
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the full efficiency and effectiveness of all operations in all departments of the Hotel.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
• Be available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems or emergencies.
• Responsible for the overall management of the operations of the hotel.
• Any other duties assigned by the General Manager or the Directors.
Skills Required
• Excellent negotiation and marketing skills to attract potential customers.
• Familiarity with budgeting and monitoring costs to detail.
• Should be Computer Literate
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Time-Management and ability to meet deadlines.
Education and Knowledge Required
• The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality & Management.
Experience Required
• Minimum 5 years work experience in a 3 to 5 Star Hotel as an Assistant Manager or Operations Manager.
• Opera Systems experience will be an added advantage.
• Dealing with Tour Guides and international tourist companies.
• Latest reference from previous or current employer.
