ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR Key responsibilities: • Oversee preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements. • Oversee annual audits and ensure audit findings are closed on time. • Prepare budgeting reports and develop revenue forecasts with relevant metrics to measure financial performance and implement cost saving initiatives. • Development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure standardised operations that comply with regulatory compliance standards. • Develop funding proposals for external funding requests from financial institutions. • Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure to optimise operations. • Direct and manage the Gaborone office team to ensure a positive work environment that fosters performance, collaboration and innovation. • Reporting and report analysis. Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Risk or any related field. Experience: • 3-5 years relevant work experience. • Supervisory experience in similar role. • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Detail oriented with focus on accuracy and operational efficiency
