RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenditures; ensure compliance with IFRS, audits, and legislation.
• Oversee procurement, allocate maintenance costs, and manage stock and asset reconciliations.
• Provide financial updates to managers, liaise with auditors, and support contract-related decisions.
• Manage admin staff, maintain financial records and vendor agreements, and assist with month-end processes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, AAT or related field.
• Advancing towards CA qualification.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience of which 3 should be at supervisory level.
• Experience with stock, cost controls, revenue calculations, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and procurement.
• Strong problem-solving and risk-management skills.
• Member of BICA in good standing
• Clean criminal record.
• Valid class B Driver's license.
